Apple Find My Compatibility
This tracker works only with Apple’s Find My network, so you’ll need an iPhone, iPad or Mac signed in with Find My enabled to set it up and track it. Once paired, it appears in the Find My app alongside your other Apple devices, using the same crowdsourced network of Apple devices to help locate it — even out of Bluetooth range. Installation & Setup
Setup is straightforward: open the Find My app on your iPhone, follow the prompts to add a new item, and the tracker will pair in seconds. From there it shows up in Find My alongside your other devices, with location history and lost-mode alerts if it’s ever separated from your bike.
For anti-theft use, hiding the tracker gives you the best chance of recovering your bike — inside the frame tubing, under the seat, in a saddle bag, or tucked into other accessories are all common spots. If you’d rather not do this yourself, our Sydney workshop can install it in a hidden location on your bike for you.
Workshop Tips
A tracker works best as a backup to a good lock, not a replacement for one — it helps with recovery after a theft, but won’t stop the bike being taken in the first place. We’d always recommend pairing it with a solid physical lock and, where possible, parking somewhere visible or secure.
Battery life varies with how often the tracker updates its location, so check it periodically in the Find My app and replace the battery when prompted, rather than waiting until it goes silent.
