This E-Bike Phone Holder is a handlebar-mounted phone mount with a built-in USB charging output, purpose-built for e-bikes rather than adapted from a standard bicycle mount. It’s commonly fitted to delivery e-bikes in our Sydney workshop, including Vinxs, Neptune and other delivery e-bikes using a similar electrical system, so your phone stays mounted, visible and charged on every shift.

E-Bike Phone Holder Compatibility
This phone holder is designed for e-bikes and is compatible with Vinxs and Neptune electric bikes, plus many other delivery e-bikes running a similar electrical system. It’s not an exclusive Vinxs or Neptune part — any e-bike using a compatible 2-pin accessory connector will work — but wiring and connector types vary between manufacturers, so it’s worth checking before you order.
The 2-pin connector supplied can also be removed and adapted to your bike’s existing wiring if your connector doesn’t match, which is how we handle most fitments in the workshop. If you’re not sure whether your bike will take this holder, send us a photo of your bike’s accessory wiring or existing phone mount connector and we’ll help confirm compatibility before you order.
Installation Notes
Once the 2-pin connector is wired into your bike’s electrical system, the USB charging output is powered directly from the bike — there’s no separate battery, so it only draws power while your bike’s own battery is connected. We’d recommend switching your bike off (and disconnecting the battery if you’re not confident) before making the connection, then confirming the mount is charging correctly once it’s wired in.
A standard USB-A charging cable is required to charge your phone from the mount — this isn’t included, so use your own or grab one from us while you’re in for a fit.
