Cool Bikes is not a general bicycle hire service. We specialise in electric bikes used every day by delivery riders and commuters. Your weekly rate includes the local logistics, maintenance knowledge and ongoing support needed to keep your rental reliable.
Your bike is supported by a team that works with electric bikes, batteries, controllers, brakes and delivery-bike components every day.
We organise delivery to the Northern Beaches and collect the e-bike when your rental finishes, subject to confirmed availability and booking arrangements.
Routine maintenance is available locally on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, reducing the need to travel to Alexandria for normal service.
Your rental includes practical equipment for everyday riding: a helmet, secure lock and phone holder.
Ride a power-assisted e-bike configured for legal use in NSW, with pedal assistance up to 25 km/h and throttle assistance limited to 6 km/h.

The Northern Beaches plan is a premium full-service rental. Your weekly rate covers more than the e-bike: it includes local delivery arrangements, collection at the end of the rental and scheduled mobile maintenance in your area. This gives you a simple, predictable weekly price without routine trips across Sydney for normal service.

The Northern Beaches full-service rental is $70 per week with a minimum rental period of four weeks. The rate includes the e-bike, agreed local delivery and collection, scheduled mobile maintenance, a helmet, lock and phone holder.
Cool Bikes does not currently operate a physical store in the Northern Beaches. Our main workshop is in Alexandria, and Northern Beaches customers receive local delivery, collection and scheduled mobile maintenance subject to confirmed arrangements.
We support customers across key Northern Beaches suburbs including Manly, Dee Why, Brookvale, Freshwater, Frenchs Forest, Narrabeen, Collaroy and Mona Vale. Contact us with your suburb so we can confirm current availability.
Scheduled Northern Beaches maintenance is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Contact Cool Bikes to arrange the appropriate service time. Emergency roadside assistance is not included.
